I have a background in Revenue Leadership, Business Development, Marketing, Corporate Strategy and Product. I have experience working at large companies like Microsoft and Google and at growth companies like Affirm and Adyen.
My Story
As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Trulioo, I defined and executed the sales and customer success strategy. During my tenure I turned around a declining revenue base by closing 16 new Enterprise logos and restructuring existing customer relationships resulting in an increase in ARR of over 26% in 20 months. I built and managed the sales, client success, solutions consulting, implementation, support and revenue operations teams, and developed new markets and partnerships; an organization of greater than 90 people.
I have a proven track record of delivering results and transforming businesses in the financial services, point of sale lending, affiliate marketing, and hardware sectors. At Affirm, I grew the revenue from ~$150M to ~$1.4B, built the sales organization from 14 sellers to over 80 professionals, oversaw the launch of new product lines, and closed over 200 new merchants each year. I also led the company transformational deal between Affirm and Amazon. At Adyen, I ran the sales organization for North America, recruited and hired a diverse and talented team, and expanded the customer base across segments and industries. I am also certified in the Columbia University Senior Executive Program: Venture Capital/Private Equity, which enables me to leverage my analytical and financial skills and insights.
